Our EMPOWHER Training Camps multiple days of non-stop football fun to keep kids active and entertained during the school holidays. Designed for girls aged 6-16 and led by inspirational female coaches, our well-structured programs are available at convenient locations across Sydney and the Central Coast.

Whether your child is a football fanatic or just wants to give it a go, our Holiday Camps are a great way for girls to boost their skills and make new friends.

Coaches including current A-League players and a Matilda, will lead the clinics, giving participants the opportunity to train with their female football heroes.
