OUR WHY
This company began because we were tired of settling for team uniforms designed for men and poorly adjusted for women. They never fit properly, weren’t comfortable, and ultimately impacted our performance on the field.
Time and time again, we voiced our frustrations and concerns, but nothing ever changed. Our needs were ignored, and we were left compromising on both comfort and functionality. We knew it could be better. We deserved better. So, instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem, we took matters into our own hands.
We set out on a mission to create uniforms designed by women, for women—built to fit our bodies, enhance performance, and help athletes feel confident and comfortable every time they step onto the field.
For us, it’s about more than just apparel—it’s about empowering women in sport, listening to their needs, and delivering products that make a real difference. It’s about breaking down the barriers we’ve experienced and ensuring no one else has to face them again.

DESIGN PROCESS
At EMPOWHER, our design process is driven by real experience and feedback from female athletes. It begins with listening—understanding the fit, comfort, and performance issues women face in sport. We research the best fabrics and innovations to create products that meet those needs.
Every piece is designed specifically for the female body, with no borrowed elements from men’s gear. Once we develop a prototype, it undergoes rigorous testing by athletes across various sports. Their feedback helps us refine every detail until it’s just right. We prioritize sustainability and quality, ensuring our products not only perform but last.
